These four suggestions suit an unhurried walk beside the sea. Each is an out-and-back route or a promenade you can shorten. \u201cEasy\u201d assumes dry conditions, settled weather and a distance that suits your group; it does not mean every route is suitable for all mobility needs.<\/p>\n

1. l\u2019Albir lighthouse: a surfaced path with viewpoints<\/h2>\n

Start at the car park by the entrance to the lighthouse path in l\u2019Albir and follow the tarmac lane to the lighthouse. The local council gives a distance of 2.5 km each way, so allow about 5 km to return to the same starting point. It is a useful choice if you prefer a consistent surface and a clear destination.<\/p>\n

Allow around two hours with stops, and longer with children. Accessibility improvements help, but gradients and the overall distance still matter. If you use a wheelchair or are taking a pushchair, check current conditions with the park and consider any assistance you may need.<\/p>\n

Stay on the main lane to keep the walk straightforward. Side trails and the Serra Gelada ridge crossing require different preparation. Opening arrangements for the lighthouse\u2019s interior are separate from access to the path, so do not assume the interpretation centre will be open.<\/p>\n

2. Benissa: take the short section to Les Bassetes<\/h2>\n

From Tourist Info Benissa Playa, the branch to Club N\u00e1utico Les Bassetes measures 0.6 km each way according to Benissa\u2019s tourist office. Retracing your steps makes this roughly a 1.2 km outing, a manageable introduction to the ecological walk without taking on the whole coastline.<\/p>\n

Set aside 45 minutes to an hour for walking, information panels and pauses. The ecological walk includes steps, so check the section carefully if you have mobility difficulties. Heading towards La Fustera and Cala Pinets instead introduces more coves but adds distance; decide before continuing and include the return journey.<\/p>\n

The municipality\u2019s four kilometres of coastline should not be confused with a four-kilometre circular walk. Avoid inventing links between coves over shoreline rocks. For a first short visit, turning back at Les Bassetes keeps the plan easy to manage.<\/p>\n

3. Calpe: beside the sea at the foot of Ifach<\/h2>\n

Head to the harbour area and look for the signed entrance to the ecological walk along the southern base of the Pe\u00f1\u00f3n de Ifach. Calpe\u2019s tourist office describes almost a kilometre of natural-stone path, making the return walk roughly two kilometres. Allow about an hour with pauses.<\/p>\n

This outing does not include the climb to the tunnel or summit. Stay on the lower walk, wear shoes with good grip and turn back if waves reach the path or signs close access.<\/p>\n

4. Les Rotes, D\u00e9nia: a flexible walk past rocky coves<\/h2>\n

From the El Trampol\u00ed area, follow the stone-paved promenade towards Punta Negra, overlooking the rocky coves of Les Rotes. Choose a section and return the same way. For a short outing, consider turning back after 20\u201330 minutes; your total time will depend on pace and stops.<\/p>\n

Watch your footing on the paving. Enjoying the coast does not require scrambling down to the rocks or going into the water. Keep to the promenade and save climbs or cave approaches for a separately planned outing.<\/p>\n
